How are management fees structured?

Approved high-level pricing includes a 10% management fee on gross rent, a 50% leasing fee of one month’s rent, and a 10% renewal fee for qualifying lease renewals. A $500 owner deposit is required at onboarding or from proceeds and is held for approved make-ready/emergency items, then reconciled at relationship close.
